You know how to design. That was never the question. The question is whether the business underneath the design is built to hold what you keep putting on top of it.
Pricing that survives a hard conversation. Numbers you can read on a Tuesday without dread. A standard written down so someone other than you can meet it. That is the work we do in Atlanta, across the four phases of the CASE Method. Not theory, not affirmation. Architecture.

The CASE Awards Gala, black tie
The weekend begins before the weekend. Thursday evening, we gather at Eichholtz in the Shops of Buckhead for cocktails with designers, firm owners, and creative leaders across Atlanta's design community.
This is where the room starts to form: faces become familiar, conversations open easily, and by Friday morning, you're not walking into a conference. You're walking into a room you already belong to.
Day
01
Friday is direct. Morning sessions examine the contracts and pricing structures that determine whether your firm is protected and profitable, or just moving forward on momentum. The afternoon brings a candid conversation with one of our industry's finest talents on perseverance: what it actually costs to keep building when life has other plans.
The evening: Principals in Pajamas. Late night bites, cocktails, and conversation with firm owners only. Intimate, unscripted, unforgettable.
Day
02
Scale, visualization, licensing, and visibility. Whether you want a bigger firm, what your creative work is worth beyond the project, and what being known actually requires. Then black tie, and the CASE Awards.
Saturday evening: The CASE Awards Gala. Black tie. Cocktail reception, plated dinner, an awards ceremony honoring excellence in the design community, and dancing.
Day
03
THE CASE LOUNGE - PRINCIPAL LEVEL EXCLUSIVE
Elevated, intimate, and deliberately separate from the conference floor. Come for the connection or come for the quiet. Both are the point.
CASE CONNECT 1:1 SESSIONS
Pre-scheduled fifteen minute mentorship conversations with CASE Connect Coaches, in two blocks each day. Book yours through the attendee portal.
Communal lounge
A curated space to network, decompress, and connect between sessions.
Two private fifteen-minute advisory sessions with a CASE Method coach, booked around your schedule across both conference days. Bring a specific question or a big-picture crossroads. Leave with the one next step that actually matters.
Friday night belongs to you. The most intimate room of the weekend: no stage, no agenda, just firm owners, speakers, and ambassadors in a curated lounge setting with signature cocktails and late-night bites.
Saturday evening closes with a black-tie celebration of the designers shaping this industry. Cocktail reception, plated dinner, live awards ceremony, and a dance floor that stays open until 11 PM.

Behind the Vision
Jameelah Watkins-Mallett is the founder of The Case Collective and co-founder of Lauren Wesley Designs, an active interior design practice. She built the CASE Method™ after watching talented designers struggle with the same problem: not a lack of skill, but a lack of structure.
The Case Conference is the annual expression of that belief. Every speaker, every session, and every experience is curated to help designers stop carrying the full weight of the businesses they built and start leading firms with clarity, profitability, and intention.Structure precedes aesthetics. That is the philosophy. This is where you see it in action.
The contracts, scope definitions, and communication protocols that protect your firm when projects become complex and clients become comfortable.
Pricing models examined side by side. Margins made visible. The direct conversation about whether your firm is genuinely profitable or simply active.
What it requires to stay in the work when life interrupts the plan. Candid, emotional, and grounded in real experience.
How emerging technology is reshaping client presentations, reducing costly revisions, and creating new revenue opportunities for design firms today.
What scaling your firm actually costs, and whether it is a cost you want to pay. Delegation as discipline, team as strategy, and the trade-offs no one names when they tell you to grow.
When your creative perspective becomes larger than your service model. Licensing, product development, and the diversification strategy most firms are not exploring yet.
The closing keynote. What it actually takes to become known for the work you want to be known for.
Designed to elevate how you run your design business. Choose your seat.
