I am Jameelah Watkins-Mallett. CEO of The Case Collective and Co-Founder of Lauren Wesley Designs, an interior design firm I still run every day.

That second part matters. Because most of the business education in this industry was built by people who stopped practicing years ago, or people who have never designed at all. I teach the CASE Method from the firm, not from a distance. Every framework I will hand you has been pressure-tested on a real project with a real client and a real invoice.

I built The Case Collective because I watched too many talented designers burn out inside firms they were proud of. The talent was never the issue. The architecture was. Pricing by feel. Contracts held together with hope. Processes that lived in one person’s head. A reputation built on output that the principal was personally absorbing the cost of maintaining.

I know it because I lived it. And I know that what gets a designer to the first stage of success is almost never what gets her to the next one. The next level has different physics.

Principal’s Circle is the room I wish I had when I was building. A place where you get the framework, the tools, and a peer who knows exactly what you mean when you say “the install is Thursday and the rug is still on a container.” Where the answer is never to work harder. The answer is to build the structure that lets the work hold itself.

This is not business education abstracted from design. I am a practicing interior designer running an active firm. Every framework taught inside the Circle is running on a real project, with a real client, in a real firm. You are not learning from someone who left the industry to teach it. You are learning from someone who is still in it.

How This Works

Enrollment is evergreen. You come in when you are ready.

When you enroll, you get immediate access to the Kajabi platform, the full CASE Method curriculum, the Firm Foundations Toolkit, the private community, and the schedule for the monthly calls.

Your first 90 days move through a Consultation entry. We establish your starting phase. You attend your first strategy and mindset calls. You produce your first artifact. You start working inside the framework instead of around it.

Principal’s Circle is a 3-month minimum commitment, month-to-month after. This is deliberate. The work is sequential, and the first 90 days are where the architecture starts to hold. After the minimum, you stay as long as the room is serving you.

Billing is monthly. $500 charged on the same day each month, directly through Kajabi. No annual pre-pay. No discounts. No surprises.

Q: Do I get 1:1 time with Jameelah inside Principal’s Circle?

A: The monthly strategy call is group advisory with live access to me. 1:1 access lives inside Private Coaching, the 1:1 Intensive, or a VIP Day. Principal’s Circle is designed to give you the framework, the tools, and the peer room. If you decide later that you want a concentrated 1:1 reset, those offers are available to you as a Circle member.

Q: Is there a Conference or Retreat discount included?

A: No. Principal’s Circle does not include pricing discounts on The Case Conference or the Sanctuary by Design Retreat. Each of those is a standalone experience with its own pricing. Principal’s Circle is built to stand on its own, not as a gateway to something else.

Q: How do I know if I am ready?

A: If you have read this far, you are probably ready. If you are waiting to feel fully ready, that feeling does not arrive on its own. It arrives because you built the architecture that makes readiness possible.

Q: Do I need to be a certain size, revenue, or tenure to enroll?

A: No. The qualifier is posture, not numbers. If you are running a firm and you are ready to build it with intention, you are in the right room. The designer who has been at it for 12 years and the experienced leader earlier in her design career are both served by the same framework.

Q: How is this different from a course or a mastermind?

A: A course teaches. A mastermind convenes. Principal’s Circle does both, and it adds the curriculum, the Firm Foundations Toolkit, and monthly live access to me. You are not buying information. You are joining the infrastructure to build a firm.

Q: What happens in the first 90 days?

A: You attend your first monthly strategy call and first mindset call. You establish your starting CASE phase. You produce your first artifact from the Firm Foundations Toolkit. You stop starting over every quarter and start building in order.

Q: What if I want to cancel?

A: After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current month. No penalties. No awkward exit conversations.
